In fact, attempting to dodge them often exacerbates the situation, leading to feelings of anger or increased anxiety. This can contribute to personal stress and strain in relationships. Many of us are fearful of experiencing pain, causing us to either disconnect, react impulsively, or feel overwhelmed. My goal is to offer you support and guidance in learning how to handle emotions safely and acquire coping mechanisms. With my collaborative and non-judgmental counseling approach, you can feel empowered, gain clarity, and mend relationships.

There are various therapy types and modalities available. I specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a tool for reducing trauma and anxiety symptoms to expedite healing. This method focuses on fewer, less emotionally charged sessions to streamline the healing process. Additionally, I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I conduct classes on Coping with Emotions, Understanding Intuition, and more.
