My passion is to help you rediscover laughter and joy! Through my own journey of overcoming anxiety I have learned that avoiding negative emotions is impossible. In fact when we try to avoid them they become worse! They often turn into anger or anxiety. This causes personal stress and conflict in relationships. We are so afraid to feel pain that we numb out, lash out or become overwhelmed. My passion is to provide support and guidance for you to learn how to safely experience emotions, and learn coping skills. My collaborative, non judgmental approach to counseling enables you to feel empowered, gain clarity, and heal relationships.

Services I Offer
I provide supportive and collaborative individual, couples and family therapy. There are many different types of therapy and different modalities. I have been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, which is a trauma and anxiety symptom reduction tool that speeds up the healing process. Rather than trying to discuss multiple traumatic events this process streamlines healing into fewer less emotionally charged sessions. I also use many tools related to Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness and Emotionally Focused Couples therapy. I also provide classes on Coping with Emotions, Understanding intuition and more.
